Machining and Fabrication Facility
In order to meet our own requirements for the fabrication and assembly of
large components for hoisting systems up to the largest sizes, Winder
Controls has invested substantially in the equipping of a modern facility
with a range of tools and accessories which allows the company to undertake
practically any fabrication and machining on behalf of other companies as a
specialist sub-contractor. For the execution of large projects, sub-contract
fabricators work within the Wadeville facility for quality control and for
logistic reasons.
The Facilities at Wadeville
At the Wadeville Works we have 8240 sq. metres under cover and equipped with
a 50-ton overhead crane, three 10-ton overheads and one 5-ton overhead crane.
These allow for convenient handling of even the largest components.
